First bidding procedure for sale of assets of Hotel Riviera Njivice will be held on 11th of July 2017 at 12.00 am, at the office of the Public enforcement officer Ms Bajović Jasminka, Partizanski put no. 1, Herceg Novi, Republic of Montenegro.

Estimated value of the assets offered for sale amounts to 7,950,000.00 euros
