Vladimir has more than 20 years of experience in Serbian and regional financial markets. He has proven track record in the creation of legal and institutional framework (National Bank of Serbia, Serbian Central Securities Depository), but also as an active participant in financial markets (CEO of FIMA International-brokerage, Portfolio Manager and Chairman of the Board of the Asset Management Company FIMA Invest).

Vladimir is a managing partner and CEO of the WM Equity Partners since its incorporation. He participated in numerous access to finance transactions, financial restructuring procedures, M&A mandates and corporate governance improvement projects. He was the team leader in numerous projects financed by international financial institutions (IFC, EBRD, etc.) and donor projects (EU Delegation, USAID, etc.).

He obtained his bachelor and master’s degree from the Belgrade Faculty of Economics and PhD in Public Finance on the Faculty of Political Sciences. Since 2006 he is a CFA charter-holder and from 2019 he is the member of the Board of Serbian CFA Society.

Milan Marinkovic has eighteen years of experience managing various projects in the domestic and regional financial markets. The focus of his interest are activities related to the securities market and management of investment projects. Corporate restructuring and reorganization are also a significant part of his expertise. Milan has extensive experience in management of investment funds and investment project management. In the past years, he has led or participated in more than a hundred different projects related to the restructuring the companies that faced financial problems. He graduated on the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and he is the author of numerous professional articles for domestic and foreign publications.

Vladimir Draskovic, CFA, Master of Economics (graduated at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade) is an active court expert in the field of economic and finance for equity and asset valuation. Vladimir has been a member of the CFA Institute since 2009 and holds the prestigious CFA title internationally recognized in the field of finance, valuation and asset management. Vladimir has portfolio manager license issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of RS and a bankruptcy trustee license issued by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency (ALSU). Vladimir has gained professional experience since 2005 at the National Bank of Serbia in the management of foreign exchange reserves (portfolio of bonds and money market instruments). Since 2008 Vladimir join Investment Management Company FIMA Invest where he has been a portfolio manager since the founding of the funds ZIF FIMA SEE Activist and FIMA Money (Equity and Bond Investment Management). Since 2009 Vladimir is a cofounder and partner at WM Equity Partners Ltd. where he participates in numerous consulting mandates in public and private sectors, with an emphasis in reorganization (in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Law) and valuation of equity and assets, including valuation related to  reorganization / bankruptcy. Since 2011 Vladimir has been active court expert in the field of economic and finance (valuation of equity and assets, interest calculation, damages, lost profit, etc.), and since 2016 he is the founder of VPS Ltd.  legal entity registered as the of court expert. Vladimir is a member of the National Association of Valuers of Serbia and CFA society Serbia.

Danka has 9 years of experience in the domestic financial market, working as advisor for investments in the Serbian Investment Funds and later as an Internal Controller at the Investment Fund Management Company Fima Invest ad Belgrade. In addition, she has rich experience in accounting and finance, and has been certified as an Independent Accountant since 2011.

As an analyst at WM Equity Partners, she works on various sectoral and other analyzes, preparation of presentations and organization of seminars, workshops and other educational events for SMEs. Danka is certified NLP Practitioner and NLP Master.

Marija is a graduate economist with a master’s degree in Industrial Management. She has many years of experience in sales and has exceptional communication and presentation skills.

At WM Equity Partners, she works as a junior analyst on gross balance sheet input as well as conducting research and compiling reports.

Slobodan has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He started his career in banking and worked on all positions from intern to the head of the department and deputy director of the sector in the field of risk management of special exposures. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in corporate banking – from direct communication with clients, preparation of analyses for decision-making bodies, to the implementation of contracts. He spent most of his career working on financial and business restructuring of the companies. In 2021, he joined the WM Equity Partners team as part of the USAID-funded project “Serbia Innovates” as the Access to Finance Task Leader. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
