Vladimir has 15 years of experience in Serbian financial markets, working through the creation of legal and institutional framework (National Bank of Serbia, Serbian Central Securities Depository), as well as through active participation in financial markets (CEO od FIMA International-brokerage, Portfolio Manager of the FIMA Proactive fund). He is a director of the WM Equity Partners since its incorporation. He participied in several restructuring procedures, either through a process of a reorganization plan, or through other forms of restructuring. He got his bachelor and master’s degree from the Belgrade Faculty of Economics, and PhD on Faculty of Political science. Since 2006 he is a CFA charterholder. Since 2013 he actively participates in projects of improving corporative governance of companies in Serbia.

Milan has a rich fifteen-year experience in a multiple projects in the Serbian financial markets. More than two years he worked as a Head of the Department for Corporate Services in BDD SENZAL ad Belgrade (projects – Sintelon, Knjaz Miloš, C-Market, Soko Štark, DIN, etc.). For two years he worked in company LUKOIL-Beopetrol where he participated in the process of restructuring and realization of investment and social programs. Since 2007 he is working as a Director of “FIMA Invest”. He has a degree in Law at Belgrade University and was the author of many professional articles for domestic and foreign publications.

Vladimir has 11 years of experience in the financial markets. He worked at National Bank of Serbia in the management of foreign reserves division as a portfolio manager with emphasis on the money markets, currencies and bonds. In early 2008 he joined FIMA Invest as the portfolio manager of the close end fund FIMA SEE Activist (equity fund) and two open funds – FIMA money (cash fund) and FIMA ProActive (equity fund). Since the incorporation of WM Equity Partners he took part in several restructuring, business planning and valuation of assets and capital projects. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 2004 and since 2009 he is a CFA charterholder. Since 2011 acting as official court expert in the area of equity valuation.

Nemanja has 8 years of experience as a consultant in the areas of corporate and bankruptcy law, privatization and corporate governance. He has participated in the implementation of over 60 large projects of bankruptcy reorganization, restructuring and privatization. He has written and published multiple scientific articles in the field of corporate and bankruptcy law. As a member of the government approved work group, he was actively involved in drafting the amendments to the Bankruptcy Law of Serbia. He is a member of the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia and a founding member of TMA Serbia. Nemanja is a member of European association of certified turnaround professionals (EACTP). He completed his graduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade and holds a qualification of corporate governance specialist. Nemanja speaks fluent English.

Miloš has over 6 years of working experience in financial analysis, as well as working on projects of reorganization and improvement of corporate governance. After completing his management graduate studies, he enters the global program for obtaining the CFA charter and since 2014 he is a CFA charterholder. He actively participates in several projects in the field of finding strategic partners and raising funds for various projects and company recapitalization. Since 2016 Miloš has a portfolio management license and he is a member of the European professional association in the field of restructuring (EACTP). Milos is one of the founding members and one of the board members of the TMA Serbia and he is an active member of the Association of Financial Analysts of Serbia (UFAS).
