WM Equity Partners was established in 2009 as an independent consulting company focused on providing financial services for the market heavily hit by financial crisis.

Our team of experts consists of financial and legal experts with significant work experience in the domestic and regional financial markets, as well as working with companies in financial difficulties. Members of our consulting team have on average over 10 years of relevant work experience. Main goal of our team members is to create a greatest possible added value to our clients within each of our consulting mandates.

We are focused on providing restructuring services, with particular emphasis on the preparation of pre pack reorganization plans, as well as reorganization plans from bankruptcy.

During our long working experience in the field of restructuring, we have learned that the basic precondition for solving the existing problems is good timing. Preparation of a reorganization plan in the early stages of insolvency of the company, where there is still a trust between the company and its creditors is a prerequisite.

Beside the company restructuring services, we offer services of legal and financial advisory, especially in the field of accounting, preparation of reports on transfer pricing, equity and property valuation of companies, industry analysis, and consulting services concerning any M&A transaction.

In addition to this, our team of experts has been actively engaged in projects for promoting corporate governance in Serbia. In collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), our team of experts are actively involved in CG improvement project, with the primary objective of promoting corporate governance to local companies and to present all the benefits that good corporate governance system can bring to a company.

In the field of fund raising, our company is particularly active in projects of supporting local governments in the process of municipal bonds emission, which in today market in Serbia represents alternative to a traditional bank lending.

In cooperation with our partner company FIMA Invest ad Belgrade, our consulting company participates in investment projects concerning several domestic and regional companies, especially through FIMA SEE Activist – close end fund, which was established in 2008. During 2015 FIMA SEE Activist changed its prospectus and become a local Private Equity Fund.
